Fontus products can be applied in a number of ways. These are just a few of the many applications for our products.

Thermal Oxidizer

A venturi type eductor placed down stream of a high pressure motor fluid to create suction for the introduction of volatile organic compounds (“VOC’s”) to pull constant negative pressure on tanks, vessels, process trains, pipelines, etc. A method for controlled oxidation to avoid the production of prompt nox and other greenhouse gases.

Nitrogen and CO2 Production

A method for producing heated nitrogen and CO2 (inert gases) directly from an ambient air source without a membrane.

Down-Hole Stimulation (Sub-Surface)

A method for stimulating an oil well by the injection of hot nitrogen into the producing formation to lower viscosity and replacing pressure drive.

Concrete Curing

A method for the controlled curing of concrete. It makes concrete exponentially harder and faster curing.

Liquid Evaporator

A method and heat source for the evaporation and concentration of aqueous liquids.

Corrosion Inhibition (BARGE CLEANING)
